Business Branding & Web Design

A full brand strategy and identity project typically takes 2-4 weeks, with larger projects running a little longer depending on scope. Every stage from discovery, strategy, design, revisions and final delivery, is mapped out clearly so there are no surprises. We’ll confirm your timeline before we begin.

Brand strategy is the foundation everything else is built on. It covers your brand’s positioning, target audience, messaging, tone of voice and core values. Without it, design decisions become guesswork. With it, every visual and written element has purpose and direction. If you want a brand that not only looks good but actually works to attract the right clients, strategy isn’t optional, it’s essential!

If you’re embarrassed to share your website, if your visuals no longer reflect where your business is heading or if you’re attracting the wrong kind of client. Those are strong signals it’s time. You might not need a complete overhaul; sometimes a brand refresh is all it takes. We’ll always give you an honest assessment of what would serve you best.

We start with a deep-dive discovery call to understand your business, goals and vision. From there, we move into strategy (if included), then design concepts, your feedback, revisions and final delivery. You’ll always know where we are in the process and what’s coming next. We believe in collaboration, you’re involved at every key stage, not just at the end.

Every project is scoped individually because every business is different. Brand identity packages typically start from $1,000 with full brand strategy, identity and website projects ranging higher depending on complexity. We’ll always provide a clear, itemised quote before any work begins so there are no surprises. Ready to find out what’s right for you? Start by telling us about your project.

Absolutely. We work with clients across Australia and internationally. Our process is entirely remote-friendly, everything from discovery calls to file delivery happens online. Wherever you are in the world, if you’re ready to build something meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.

Wedding & Event Stationery

For wedding stationery, we recommend reaching out at least 3–4 months before you need your invitations in hand. This gives us enough time to work through design, proofing, printing and postage. For large or complex suites or if you have a busy season date, 5–6 months is even better. The earlier you lock in your booking, the smoother the whole process.

Yes. We manage the entire process from design to print to delivery to your door. You won’t need to source a separate printer or coordinate between suppliers. We work with quality print partners to ensure everything arrives beautifully finished and ready to go.

All stationery packages include two rounds of revisions. This covers text corrections, minor layout adjustments and colour tweaks. We ask that you consolidate all your feedback into each round so we can work efficiently. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are available at an additional cost.

While we’re primarily a design studio, we’re always happy to guide you on wording etiquette and layout, things like how to phrase the formalities, what information to include and in what order. For couples who need full copy written from scratch, we recommend working with a copywriter or celebrant who specialises in this. That said, if you come to us with your wording ready to go, we’ll make it look absolutely beautiful.

Once your design is approved and ready to go to print, production and delivery typically takes 3–4 weeks depending on the print finish and quantity. We’ll confirm exact timeframes at the start of your project and keep you updated throughout, so there are no surprises as your date approaches.

Absolutely. We offer full suite packages that include everything from your save the dates and invitations right through to on-the-day items like menus, place cards, order of service and seating charts. Creating a cohesive suite across all touchpoints makes a real difference to the experience you create for your guests.
